I went across to Wales last week on a beautiful crisp winter’s day to meet Lucy and Oliver and take some photos in the surrounding countryside. I lucked out here with fantastic views and Lucy and Oliver who are great in front of the camera, fun, engaging able to make each other laugh, perfect.

I’ll be shooting George and Vibha’s wedding in 2025 and they were keen on having a practice run so we opted for an Engagement, or Couple’s shoot. George and Vibha have been walking through Bradgate Park for years so decided that this would be an ideal place for the shoot. We lucked out with a dry December day and took a wander to their different haunts.

Looking forward to the wedding itself as these two with their very amusing/horrifying medical stories will make for a very fun day.

We went to Elvaston Castle for this shoot. This was our third attempt as the first teo had to be abandoned for terrible weather etc. I’m glad we waited though. It was a beautiful day in The Derbyshire countryside. One of those proper crisp winter days that uplifting over miserable. Had a great time and I’m very much looking forward to shooting Annie and Charles’ wedding next year.
